We are a preferred purchaser and authorized retailer for one of the largest master distributors for Trojan Batteries nationwide, offering a vast warehousing network for your convenience. Please note that employees of our master distributor are not US Battery Supply employees and cannot handle cash payments on our behalf. Therefore, prepayment by credit card is required to utilize our pickup locations. This applies only to traditional lead-acid batteries; Dakota Lithium batteries ship directly to customers.
The Process For Curbside Pick Up:
Once Pick up availability is confirmed at your selected location, you will be sent a secure link to pay for your batteries). Once batteries are paid for you will be sent a receipt with your PO Number required for pick up then you are ready to proceed to your selected warehouse to receive your new batteries. Your order here IS NOT a confirmation! Confirmation will be sent ONLY after payment is made.
After Pick Up Availability is confirmed and payment is made, Please follow the following instructions:
- Bring your cores. If you received pricing based on cores being returned, you must bring your cores with you to pick up your batteries. If you do not bring your cores, you will either have to pay an additional fee, leave and come back with the cores, or be issued a refund.
- Provide your account number and PO number. Proceed to the office and provide them with your USBS account number and your PO number (your phone number), which is provided on your receipt. You do not need to print your receipt, but you can if you wish.
- Verify your purchase. The warehouse will verify your purchase and cores (if applicable).
- Load your batteries. Once your purchase has been verified, the warehouse will provide instructions for the unloading of the cores (if applicable) and the loading of your new batteries.
